Re-orientation

Sometimes I am just out of balance. I can try and re-orientate myself with different activities but the quickest way to my centre seems to be through allowing myself to be wherever I am in that moment. If I am worrying, with thoughts circling around my mind, it is easier to let them circle than try and stop them. There is a natural place of wellbeing that we all have within us. The compass will find the right direction if you allow it to re-calibrate.
