Meditation

The sound of the wind has been surrounding my home all day; its ebb and flow like waves on the shore. Jackdaws have been playing and tumbling in the arms of the wind; I am inspired by its meditative sound. I am reminded that by focusing on the breath, I am deeply connected. Listening to the breath is a wonderful beginning to meditation. And, as a dear friend of mine just said, the day is so much better when you meditate.
